I was curious with the new Blackberry 9300, what was the difference between it and the 8520, other than 3G and GPS. Found out the cpu's are different. and the 9300 supports Wifi N.

8520: 512MHz
9300: 624 MHz, Even better I have the exact chip. Marvell PXA930

I have a spare 8520 that I am supposed to send back this week. But I just got a copy of the 9300 BB os 6.0, So I am going to load it, and see.

If the chips were known could we work out a way to get drivers for them in let's say and arbitrary form of linux and modify them to work with an android spefic kernel? Just wondering if this could be done vs starting from scratch as I would love to put android on a bb 9550 for shits and giggles..I know there would be tons of stuff to modify to make it work with any given wireless provider..I just wanna try to run a known mobile os and later tune it to oh let's say bt4 ubuntu
